Everything depends on traffic/profit .. Website can be ok, but if there is 1 visitor per day - it's worth nothing. As I found : PR0, zero backlinks .. I would say - "No" !
Without taking a look at the site, here are some pointers for you. How much is the current owner earning? Where is the traffic, if any, coming from? How saturated is the niche in which he is operating? Is there potential for it to be taken further? Even more important, can you take it further?
I don't see any ads in that site.. check..it may be banned from adsense. If the content is unique, buy it.

Your ad placement isn't all that flash to be honest. I had to scroll half way down the page to even see one ad. Try placing one up the top possibly? Maybe even a text link in the side?
