A site like that can prosper based on the quality of their backlinks alone. Since they provide a quality service, they generate a lot of backlinks naturally. These backlinks alone can drive their rankings for a lot of good keywords.
In my own opinion, It can help by driving traffic to your site but as a quality backlink, not. Thanks!
