I once read an ebook about seo

and there recommended to make all internal links point to your domain using the
syntax ‘http://www.mysite.com/’. Always include trailing “/” on folders

    Like "http://domaini-namexxx.Com/"

there is no difference btw both the urls.

If you are working with example. com, web page automatically takes it example. com/

    Thanks

I think that if you are using these two urls for the same page, then there might be some cononical issues there in your website.
You should read Matt cutts blog.He has written there about These issues related to webpages having different urls.

That's for example.com or www.example.com, since google considers these as seperate pages, meaning you create internal duplicate content.

If there is a "/" at the end or not doesn't matter at all.

Having / or none in domain doesn't matter in search engines. But of course, it's better to be complete.

It is the same and there's no difference between the two when it comes into search engines.

If you have a URL that does not specify an exact page, then you want to trail the URL with a forward slash.
    you get some info here

It is always better to use the full link with "/" too...since without the same, the search has to redirect from without "/" to..with"/".

    Why leave anything for redirection?

This slash won't give any preference to your links buddy . If you get quality link on without slash url than also you can make good serp for your blog or site.
