Ok. I am not going to tell you who is or ask you to tell me who is. Here you have to suggest directory marketers. You can suggest your self. After getting some peoples name I will make a poll. You can suggest any directory marketer but you have to provide some information about him/her. Name - About - ( his directories, blogs etc ) Isn't it simple? Lets find our who is better. I will also find some good marketers like owner of BIG directories etc.
Directory Journal is the site I see doing the most promotion outside these forums and bloggeries in my niche.

who is the owner of botw? People are curious about the owner who made sucessful directories, however I am afraid that those owners won't come to show their names because they are working dilligently on their directories
