I am maintaining a blog on laptop,desktop review blog. I want to get it to pr1 in less than a month. By building quality backlinks can i achieve this. tell me how to if any one know the answer. Don't reply in brief plzzzz it helps me and many DP members.
Dude.. I would suggest that you should learn to research. Check out SEO basics. If your website is just new you should do the following: 1. Study basic SEO 2. Add related, keyword rich and original content 3. You should manage to let authority sites link to your website. Authority sites are websites that have high PR. These sites includes .edu, wikis, newspaper websites etc.. By targeting authority sites will increase your PR in a matter of months/couple of months.
PR1 is easy. just get some backlinks from other sites with PR. some blog commenting on dofollow blog pages with PR will do
yeah i am doing blog commenting on pr 3 blog posts with only some comments and got a link from pr 3 tech gadget related blog and will get 30 backlinks from these 30 days can my blog get pr 1 in 1 month.

It takes roughly 3 months for Google to update PR for a new website. If you're lucky and you're timing for index was perfect you may get a PR score in a little less time, but unlikely. You only need a few good inbound links to get a PR1.
PR updation is every 3 months, how to get PR with in one month, don't buy back links, you can build quality back links own.
The last update was few days ago, so you have to wait about 3 months, but don;t forget about link building. Try directory submission, write some articles and use your signature to get some links.
woot.. PR1 in less than 1 month? ur niche is very hard to crack to be honest. try slow building SEO basis, it should be fine. and avoid keyword spamming. good luck.

it's much easier question IMO. well, there are about 20 techniques to get the free traffic. try google or yahoo "20 massive free traffic" you will see more than enough information hope that helps
