Capacha on local host..?

Can I make & test capacha on my local host machine or I may do that ONLY after uploading my files to an online server ?!

 

You can test it on your own server, why not.

 

Which server-side language are you using?
If you are using PHP, you can useGD library to create the images. Most prolly, it is already included in your PHP installation. You can check if its installed using the phpinfo() function.

 

Why to go in such details when phpclasses.org provide such good classes at exposure.

Thank you for your responses..The reason I asked this question is that I read an article few months ago saying you can't use your local host machine to test or try capacha. Anyway, I'm a beginner so I need some tips or ideas on how can I start doing my first PROFESSIONAL capacha.

PHP 5.2.6
Apache 2.2.8
MySQL

What's GD Library ?! I used phpinfo() & yes it's installed & enabled.

Checking the site right now.

 

use latest wap so you can able to run GD libraries via it. you cn also test phpbb froum on localhost with captcha!!
