    whmreseller (to create master accounts)

    $39.99 can anyone beat this

    This 256MB RAM requirement may not be suitable for cPanel/WHM coupled with WHMreseller scripts. Those alone would eat up you memory resources. I am assuming you would soon be offering Master Resellers accounts.
    I would suggest to get at least 500MB RAM and 800GB bandwidth for safe-zone hosting of Master accounts.

    Completely untrue. You are assuming everyone uses the same host node setup, same virtualization software, and the same disks. 256MB Ram is absolutely fine for cPanel/WHM with WHM Master Resellers.
