    Hello friends,

I have the following problem: I finished my yearly limit of transfers via paypal, and received information about Limited account Access. It is required to send them copy of my ID card and utility bvill to verify e-mail address. The first step was easy, but utility bill was a problem for me. I send them couple of documents - invoice for my mobile telephone, invoice for my internet provider, bank agreement, where my address is written in english, and finally I sent them copy of cheque from google, received an year ago (just to prove that this is my address). Can you give me any advice?
How to remove this limitation, because paypal blocked all my account and funds and even rejected to renew my limit to 2,500 EUR (after passing the reset date).
    Any advice?

If you have already submitted all possible documents to them then give them a phone call and let them know of this for urgent solution.

Yeap thats why suggested to contact them through Phone call. Sometimes we get much slower response from them through their email support. You will definately get quick solution through first phone call attempt IMO.
