Ecommerceforeveryone.com Has the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced. I paid for 6 months of service in advance. And now I have canceled my subscription due to the unprofessional customer service. In the past 6 months I had only 2 or 3 issues where I need their help...But good luck getting a hold of somebody there. Each time I had to leave about 100 voice messages....send about 1000 emails.....And I even tried their "Online Chat", offered on the website, without any luck. I had also purchased the SEO package for $99.99 about 3 months ago.....I'm still waiting for a report and/or respond. (I have prove that they have received the money) They have not done anything for the money that I have paid for the SEO package. AGAIN, I've have left about 100 voice messages, sent about 1000 emails and tried the "Online Chat", to request a refund for the amount of $99.99....But I still haven't received a respond from them. But the funny part is that, when I left a message for them that I want to purchase the package in the first place and the time when I left a message to purchase the SEO package....I got a respond the very same day. Ecommerceforeveryone.com Has the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced.
Sorry to hear that goal442. Your ecommerce site looks really nice. Are you not making any money from it? I noticed that the 4 or so items I viewed only have a "Find Out More Info" button with no price displayed or "add to shopping cart". The problem with that is that the button takes you OUT of your site and to amazon's site. While you may make a commission, the thing I like about ecommerce for everyone and associate-o-matic is that you have a built in shopping cart, allowing the buyer to remain on your site while still paying through Amazon.
True. It's not SEO friendly. And it is share the amazon ID as well.. if i'm not mistaken, 20% of traffic with go for AOE amazon ID.... What not just paid some amount of investment and try this script.
Hi Charcoal, Is your site using one of the scripts mentioned in this thread? If not, what's the main reason for your site's success?
Sorry you felt you had a bad experience. I run E4E, so I wanted to personally respond to your statement. I don't know if I worked with you personally myself, but I can tell you a few things about the service. When you say unprofessional, people typically misunderstand that for being treated rudely, or someone being disrespectful to you, or not getting what you actually paid for, which I'm sure was not the case. You might have noticed on the website next to the logo that the service is in beta. We are essentially a development company. It's our goal to develop innovative products which our functional and profitable for our clients. We don't operate a large call center with agents standing by ready to take your call, lol, we operate an online business. That said, in order for a startup like ourselves to scale to size, we need to use tools like trouble tickets, email, reports and live chat in order to service many people at once. We need to be able to utilize technology to serve the needs of our customers. It may sound a bit impersonal, but it's our intent to provide all the tools necessary, for our clients to use the E4E service without having to speak with a human on the phone. I'm sorry not speaking with a human is unprofessional to you, but this is the way business is done in this century. It's done online, quickly and on-demand. If you aren't good enough to use a web application without speaking to a human, then chances are, an online business might not be right for you. With that said, if you are an existing customer, then I would ask you to go ahead and create a trouble ticket, and someone will promptly reply (generally within 24hrs). If you are not currently a customer, then sorry you didn't have a good experience. We can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time, but we do try our best 100%. I hope you also consider that your purchase of a website or marketing service includes just those services, we don't offer any separate support packages, but that might be something to consider for those that like phone support. If you like, send me a pm so we can speak or not. I guess I'll also add for anyone who's been following our service, that we've had a tremendous amount of feedback from users, lots of it excellent, some of it not so excellent. We're finally going to be coming out of beta, and we're going to have a fresh new designs and lots of new features. It's true we won't be offering phone support in the near future, you can always contact us online, to say the good and the bad. I'm going to be setting up some new forums specifically to discuss Amazon Associates and online retail, so feel free to stop by and check us out. thanks, PuReWebDev
Very nice professional reply. I have a question regarding the coming out of beta with new features..are current customers going to get the new features or upgrades or will they have to pay to get up to date? Thanks for listening.
New customers today start with the new features. We're about to update our website to reflect all of the new great changes. thanks, PuReWebDev
Very cool, Ill keep watch to see what the new features are. We are about to head out to run errands..Ive sent you a few emails last night..will look forward to seeing what you have to say...if all seems well will most likely make the purchase tonight when we return. Thanks for keeping in touch.
I don't expect from you to have 24/7 call center that is waiting for my call only and to solve every single problem that I have. But when I pay $99.99 for a service (SEO Package) that was supposed to be delivered within a month from the time I made the payment, but after about 4 months past, I still haven't received the service, then there is no better word that would describe your services, other then "Unprofessional". If I had to write a list of all the "Trouble Tickets" that I have submitted to your organization, without any reply, I would be sitting here all day. Anyhow, I don't have the time to argue with you about something that can not be changed. I have already accepted the fact that it was a mistake to start working with your organization. Thanks, Artin
Have you considered the possibility that you are not receiving emails from us properly?! Words like e-commerce, affiliate, websites, selling and other frequently get caught in spam filters. I already followed up via PM letting you know that I would resend the report for you ( so stop making yourself look unprofessional over a missing email). In either case, your previous post made clear you didn't enjoy your service, so if you are not here to argue like you said, have a great day and good luck with your next venture. PuReWebDev
Salam n Hola $500 per month from Amazon? That's quite an impressive amount. I've been averaging at about $10 per month. However, I made about $35 in December. I've got a number of astores registered but not making any money at the moment. Perhaps due to their lack of promotions perhaps. My current money making site is actually created using Associates-O-Matic Lite. Still learning and tweaking the software. Intend to upgrade to the full version when I make my first $100 from Amazon. Your E4E offering looks good. I would probably try it out sometime in the future. At the moment, am more inclined to tuning and tweaking my existing AOM sites. Perhaps I should also start promoting them stores too eh. Thanks for sharing them tips with us. Regards Hadee Roslan
might be more convincing if you post more recently screenshots, yours are from 07, we are in 09. Just a thought
