I have a membership site that i need hosting for, it has approx 12gb of legal RR & PLR files that members can download, is this allowed on this package?

ok it is your hosting so upto you but i think you should change your TOS to correctly reflect this otherwise i could have just signed up and not asked 1st and legally you wouldnt have had a leg to stand on
It is clearly written that "File hosting" sites are not allowed. By this we mean, the sites which uses large files for hosting/downloading as backend and a couple of html files as frontend. Your site is same. So, we have covered this already. Regards
Personally i still think you are wrong but i will leaver it at that, if you dont wantmy business fine, but my site is not a file hosting site and mime is not a site with just a couple of frontend html files. Mine is a full membership site with paying members that runs on a very high end $400 membership script, so personally i am not suire who would win legally, but i am sure i will find someone that does want my business and money and who is not so inflexable as you are. Hey qualityhostings... you won't allow file sharing and download sites even upto 12Gb .... then why are you using UNmetered and UNLIMITED... specific about the space and bandwidth
What do we mean "Unlimited/Unmetered"? What we mean is, you don't have to worry about disk storage or network transfer when your site gets popular. You DO still have to worry about plenty of other things though... if your site isn't well optimized and is causing issues for others on your shared server (either because it's pounding the CPU, hogging RAM, or doing tons of disk I/O), you may be asked to move the site away from our server. Trust us, every host out there has exactly the same limitations.. we're just trying to be up front about them! What's not allowed in "Unlimited/Unmetered"? Basically, sites whose essential purpose is to use disk or bandwidth.
