3. From pages ranked highly for your keywords
4. From a wide range of IP addresses
5. With keywords in the anchor text
6. With anchor text located close to other keywords
7. With related but not identical anchor text

 

here are mine:

useful content with KW scattered throughout 2-3 times
optimizing one page for one KW only
getting Bl with the same anchor text from the sites that already on first page for the same KW
getting links from your internal pages with the same anchor text

thats' it

3) Forum posting
4) Bookmarking
5) weekly update your site for at least 3-4 months.
