I have had 3 different adds up on adwords for about a week now and I have about 200 impressions only 2 clicks which were myself just to make sure my account was working. I dont understand why I am not getting any clicks and it's extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any advice?
well what is your position and what are you paying. If you are not like top 5-10, you will get impressions but not many hits, as people feel only the top links are legitimate or worth going to. also what keywords and what are you promoting. Your ad may not read too well, or you are just optimized wrong. google can be tricky to figure out, but when you've gotten it you can really prosper. A bit more info on you campaign and we can prob help. Right now, you don't leave us with too muc info to help you from.
add more keywords to your addgroup - Go to the keyword tool and waste some timer there. also take some weeks to you get a good quality score. PS: cav13 did already you receive the orkut invite I sent or not?
Yes is did receive the invite and set up an account on Orkut. Thanks alot for that. My adds are all for musicians friend. I have a Fender Twin Amp add that is in the number 2 position and it is receiving alot of impressions. I have an acoustic peavey amp add that is receiving virtually no impressions although on the keyword selector tool it had a very high search rate. I think I am going to have to terminate that one. Yesterday I set up another for Orchestral Marimbas which has received 33 impressions already but no clicks. For this I am bidding .20 per click and my add is in the second position as well. Also when adding more keywords to your search list how does the bidding and payment work when you have multiple keywords?
