Television Serials Allowed with AdSense ?

Hello all

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post but, I'have searched the forum and I could not find a better forum than this one to post/ask my question.

Okey, I have this plan, I want to make this website about Television Serials (prison-break, heroes, lost, etc) I will be using WordPress for this, with Custom (very nice black) Theme. The whole website will be SEO-Friendly + User-Friendly.

Users will be able to download the (TV)serials from Rapidshare Premium account.
We say in the Netherlands "Kort en Krachtig" which means Short and Powerful I will upload, they will download (from RS).

Okey, except the wp, theme, and seo part, do you think AdSense allows this, I mean Television Serials Download Website ?

Please give your opinion, thoughts ideas.

yes, AdSense is valid for these types of sites

 

i would say its against googles TOS to distribute copyright material in this way...

 

no you cant do that, Tv serials are copyright material and distribution without permission is illegal so against adsense TOS

 

but what about youtube videos??

i think google adsense is valid if you are showing Youtube vidoes on your site...

well OP didt state that

 

you must have some inside intelligence that no one else has. this type of site is a pure violaiton of copywrite and your adsense account will end up being banned for TOS violation

doesn't matter where the videos are coming from, at the end it is copywrite violation. besides, youtube will end up deleting the videos sooner or later. they always do

 

If you are true then dailymotion should be banned earlier. what you say?

 

Thanks for ur replies. Of course I did some research before I bought the domain for this project. And believe me I've seen hundreds of websites doing this, and almost every of them have AdSense. And some websites have 2-3 even 4 PR rank, so I wonder, why google didnt ban theyre adsense ? As you know it takes months - years to reach this page ranks, and most of these websites, are only TV Serials... I dont know i am in kind of dillema.. anyway thanks for opinion. Regards,

 

Of course it's forbidden to offer downloads for copyrighted material. If that is the whole purpose of your site, you won't even get accepted.

 

Google Pageranking and SERPS has nothing to to with adsense... The adsense TOS is prretty clear that you can not distribute copyrighted materials...

 

Is it allowed to post some URL's ? So you can see what I am talking about ?
