That is also my question, how he will ensure better customer service? And $14 for a year seems a scam to me. I still remember that hostmeforever.net cheated with me with yearly master reseller package. Currently I am staying away from this kind of yearly overselling packages.

@buileminh, i've been hosted with Optiplex for two weeks.. so far so good. Sure there were some server downtimes, but this you'll also find at the topnotch hosting companies ( and they wont count $14/19 annual ..trust me ). I'm in the Netherlands, so his offshore server at ecatel ( NL ) is fast.. as it should be. The server located in the US is also good ( my reseller account ).

 

My visitors are on over the world and my target is thousands of unique visitors. Is it suitable for visitors on over the world? Can it handle my website?

 

I dunno if the server will handle thousands of unique visitors ( per sec/min/hr/day/wk/mnd/yr ?? ).. time will tell.
