Hay DP's, I have an HDFC bank account but its was new just one month old, so i dont have any HDFC credit card, so i decided to verify my paypal account with my uncles credit card( Union Bank of India ) I Entered his credit card number and got accepted and i got this mail Where can i get those 4 digit number, whether i will come to my email, or mail postal address or to my uncles address, Its already 4 days gone and still i am struck at the last step. Is i want to contact Paypal.. Help me please...

Since it's your Uncle's credit card, you need to talk to him and ask him either to show you his paper credit card statement or tell you how to access the statement online or over the phone.
You can ask ur uncle to give bank customer service a ring..... Your uncle will get Monthly Statement in next month Of course,Paypal will send Monthly Statement to ur uncle...Just ask him to show you his Monthly Statement..
As you said this is your uncle's credit card, your uncle will get his credit card statement from credit card issuing bank in routine manner and in next cc statement you can find paypal's details. If you want it quickly before statement generates then your uncle needs to call cc customer care and ask them about this. DON.
Just go to the ATM center. and you can fetch the mini statement there. You will require the 4 digit passcode to access the ATM. Ask them to you uncle. You can also login to the netbanking portal if the bank supports it.
You have to wait for the CC statement or to be faster, you can call the bank to ask for the transaction. Good Luck!
If HDFC bank has online Credit Card Statement facility you will find the 4 digit code there or you have to wait for the monthly printed credit card statement.
