    I own a site with a traffic rank of 800,000. is there sufficient potential to sell the site or get a small ammount of money from sponsored links?

    you could sell sponserd links, try and compare your site with other offers in the link sale section here at DP

    It depends on whether you are aiming for a long-term or short-term gain. Selling your site is of course a more viable option if you can’t find time to manage or improve it.

    If you're willing to sell Links , you better work on getting high PR not high Alexa rank .

    High PR indicates backlinks. That's another thing.

    People also look for sites which have a high traffic but PR does not matter, so he can do that.
