yep and hard working for a long time...but you have to work SMART also. figure out what it is that people will want to read and what to do to put your website ahead of all others
it's depend on what is your skills and knowledges you got. who what you know best and work hard to draw traffic to your site. that's the tricks.

I say start off with a reachable goal. Like 10-20 a day. See what works and make moves from there. You will see that it is not easy making money with adsense out of the gate and a lot of hard work. Good luck!
