I live in Europe and I have to pay taxes. Of course it depends on the country you live, but in my country you do not have to pay any taxes if your income per year is less than $2200.

People here aren't tax specialists but one question, do you have another job or is this all that you made total? If you make under I believe $8,000 a year then you don't need to file.

Also if you didn't submit your W9/tax info to the places that paid you that $1,000 then you can pretend like you never made it.

Actually i made couple hundreds from here and there and yea this is my only income stream which is online. The only places that Ive submitted my w-9 would be clickbooth and many other little sites that made up my $1000+.

Google it then but I'm pretty sure if you make under $8,000 you don't have to file as they wouldn't charge you any taxes because they consider you the lowest possible income bracket.

Why do the IRS tell us to report when we reach $600+ a year?

I would look for a Tax Specialist in your local area.

I hired a guy 2 years ago when I first started making some good money, and I'll tell you it was the best thing I ever did. I only pay him $60. to file my taxes, and it's a Life Saver.

Plus, they can teach you all you need to know about Taxes.. (duh..)
