    How so? Check here and it says valid.

    Also, mods can't check PM's. Admin could if they tried hard enough but it's such a difficult task that it is not worth their time.

    yes that is correct, Marcdonovan says the truth.

    Upon purchasing a site thats attached to a parked page. You will loose the parked page and loose the PR straight away.

    Its not worth even $100.

    I'm sorry I don't think that is true. The Pr will stay the same and may even be improved if the content gets better.

    The seller need to give more information about the source of the traffic and any links that may have helped get this website reach that PR.
    Did the owner use any Blackhat methods, Can he share his secrets.
    Would he be able to provide enough data to prove the traffic.
    The Alexa rank is not helping this sale much since the website is ranked at over 3 million.

    It means the domain just got its PR, and it can lose at anytime.
    The domain doesnot even have 200 backlinks that clearly shows the domain is fake and its PR is made.
    The domain has 3 PR5 backlinks that help its to PR6 but it can loose its PR at anytime.
    If it doesnot lose its PR now, it is certain that it will lose its PR on March(next PR update).

    Domain is old but the PR is not older than 2 months...
    PR6 on a parked page, it is FAKE!!

    That is not true ...I know 3 PR6 sites with even one backlink . If the backlink is strong it will have a positive effect on the PR rank .
