    PR - 4 and has around 30 PR3 pages and almost all pages are indexed in G00GLE. It's registered at www.enom.com till 08/21/2006

    I bought this site around 6-7 months back for link building and do not need it any more.

    It runs on Joomla and gets 10-15 uniques daily, 237 uniques for this month.

    NO revenue and never tried to generate one.

    It's a auction and starting price is $20.

    Any BIN price?
    -Not at this moment

    Does this script needs any special server requirements? Looks just like MySql database isnt it?
    -Almost every host supports Joomla.

    It says "updated daily" it updates itself using the datadase or it needs any daily personal atention?
    - It's not updated daily and I have not updated it for months. But you can Add Jokes in and set the publish dates in future (simple update statement can do it automatically) and site will start updating itself automatically.
