BuzzBoss was the one who originally claimed it and I had not heard from him at all. All you said was that if the sale falls through for me to PM you because you are interested.

If you were to actually say you will BIN if it falls through, that is a different case. I added you on MSN though the other day and you weren't on. Either way, you never BIN'd so you have nothing to complain about.

Thats a real shady way of doing business. You ignored my post, and sold to the next guy for no reason. Im very dissatisfied in this.

 

I don't really care if you are "dissatisfied" because we had no agreement. There was even another party (the guy that is now banned) who posted with interest in case the name was available. You have 4 negative iTraders, I am guessing you don't know how to act professional around here?

As I have told you, I added you on MSN for that very reason - to sell you the domain. You weren't online so what do you expect? If you are going to lie about me adding you, your screen name on there is "Derricks". Anyways, you can throw a hissy fit about it but the points are as follows:

- You never posted BIN for the name.
- Even if you did post BIN, someone did beforehand and I am not obligated to sell to the "second BIN'er" and if anything, your post was just spam or you are illiterate because you noticed the original claim to BIN.

If anyone is shady, it is you. You saw that someone else had bought it after I posted it up available again on this thread and you sent me a PM wanting my PayPal info to buy the name because you posted that you were INTERESTED in it a few days ago.

Now you're personally insulting me? That's really professional of you. I had sent you a PM asking stating SOLD in it, asking for your paypal info in order to purchase the domain from you. But you had sold it to the guy that came AFTER me, so that's the way you do business. The first one to flash money in front of you.
But Im over it, if you can be mature and leave it at this then that would be great. But I'd expect you'll be immature and want the last word. So I hope a mod can close this thread before you have to shoot your big mouth off again. Thank you.

 

I never insulted you on a personal level! You sent me a PM stating sold AFTER someone posted sold here. You NEVER posted sold before anyone!!! He did not come after you. You said you were "interested" and he BIN'd BEFORE you. I already requested a mod to close the thread...you still want to get the last word in or else you wouldn't have replied at all but you threw a hissy fit because I sold it to someone - clueless?
