Hello, One of my websites where I have AdSense in were banned from AdSense for pirating their policy. And they emailed me to remove the ads plus revenue won't be counted from this website. Is it possible to re-open this website and put the ads again in it; It won't violate toe policy this time. Thanks in advance.

Just... remove the objectionable content that are not complaint with adsense policy and email adsense about the change you have done and request them to reactivate the section... i think they will hear to you and reactivate the ads in that section...
I doubt it. Once you get banned for breaking the rules, I don't think adsense wants to waste their time with "Give me one more chance, I promise I won't cheat again" people.
adsense never accepts banned people again. if you join the adsense with a different account (with changing names, address again), they will ban you again because of relation to a banned account
I have heard before that many people found a way around being banned and got their account reinstated I have no idea how though as it has never happened to me. I would say that you couldn't unless they give you a warning and let you act on it to try and sort the site out.
