...plane? I prefer to stay well at the back, if on a long flight, well at the front if it's a short trip. Obviously a window seat during the day and an aisle during night flights, but overall I have no preference, as long as I have no kids around me!
I thought that the safest place was at the very back, stats said that most survivors travelled in that area.
I made the mistake of sitting at the front once on a trip to Dubai. It had lots of legroom but I was surrounded by babies as they put them in the first row so they can fit the cots in. I always sit at the back now unless I can get a seat in the wing emergency exit row. Lots of legroom there!
I like to sit in the window for 2 reasons 1) something sleep against other than person next to me 2) Whenever I have to get up I can decide what side I give the people next to me, ass or crotch. I dont like to sit in back as I dont like the smell of the bathrooms, nor people standing waiting for them
Depends on the aircraft model, and airline. Check out seatguru.com. They have comments on what are the best seats for certain aircraft, airlines and even flight numbers.
Window seat, always. I hate sitting in the middle or on an isle seat. I always goto sleep on planes and like to have something to rest my head against. One time I did get put in the middle when I was travelling on my own, and I ended up falling asleep & drooling over an old guys shoulder. Nice.
That's gross! Some old man goes in there and lets loose and you gotta smell it until you land. No thanks!
