    Hello Guys,
It seems like the people who are putting all thier efforts in quality content are wasting time? and people really doing nothing with those crappy 50 sites making decent amount?

I have seen many DP posts disscussing about this thing and I think like MFA is giving more these days instead of made for content.

How to stop this? Can we stop?

    Thanks

CTR will always be very high on MFA sites (>10% to 50%). But, the content is so crappy, you'll be guaranteed almost no repeat visitors (although AWStats curiously shows some visitors actually bookmark some of my MFA pages, what the ... ???), and so, you'll have to rely on very good positions in search results, preferably Yahoo / MSN / Ask.

MFA sites are a-plenty when you do a Google search for any of the popular terms (they also appear on our sites and go by names such as top4sites, or best10sites4u, etc.)

I did a search for used caterpillar equipment, and here's on example:
    http://www.seekful.com/indx.cfm?q=Used Equipment

The thing with most MFA sites is they have the ads right smack in your face, with content pushed down below the fold. First time visitors desperate and in a hurry for the solution to their problems will just click through, thinking the ad is actual content. The site I mentioned above is even more privileged - as you can see, their Google ads look slightly different, either they got permission from Google to change the fonts (the ad title is bigger than usual, and Ads by Google is a faint grey) or they haven't.

If your site has useful content, CTR tends to be lower because the content draws the interest of the visitor much more than the ads. Eg, everytime I visit Problogger, I don't even notice the ads.

I think of MFA sites like 'take the money and run'. If they didn't make money nobody would take the time to bother, you know?

How many emails are you getting a day for cialis, penis enlargement, lottery wins? (Me, far too many because I am a lazy sod when it comes to finding better ways to stop my email being harvested). Nevertheless, sooner or later, they'll be flogging plots on the moon, Better than Botox or Confidence potions. Whatever is the hot topic of the moment.

The MFA spammers are the same. They will hitch up to somebody else's bandwagon eventually. The next big thing that comes along.

For the moment, what can you do? Make your site better than any 5 minute MFA can ever be, protect your content, build internet relationships and wait for the piranhas to find fresher meat.

I checked that website. As far as I see, that website does not feature any content at all. It's just a mere search engine which uses Google AdSense to bring some revenue to keep this website going. Yes, they put AdSense very vividly on the page, but it is not prohibited by Google. Since this site doesn't have any content, I wouldn't call it MFA site. It's a mere search engine like Google itself. Do you agree with me?
