Please review my automotive classifieds website

I have this automotive classifieds website that was doing great in the past (let's say 6 months ago) but my traffic and users interest has dropped significant.
Any ideas and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Although your site is nice I would like to recommend adding a forum for your visitors and or members to visit.
There's no need to go off spending money on one, just obtain a free similar one to Vbulletin, if it helps a lot, then possibly consider buying one of the moneys right for you.

    Best of luck

    Regards,

    William

I would make the logo bigger and move the bookmarking button to below that member navigation. Also a description of what the site is would be helpful.

I think the logo should be more prominent and there is too much white on the page
you should change the background color to make the site look more appealing.

Move the featured listings to the left sidebar and add a border to it. Perhaps a new header logo too.
Best of luck with it :D

I would move your bottom paragraph that describes the purpose of you site to the top. If I had not known the purpose of your site because your told me, I would have immediately clicked off the site. I would follow that with your Catagories stuff, and put the Featured listings on the bottom.

    Thanks Wiliam,
the only problem with integrating forums is user sharing (same log in) but you are right about repeting visitors - they come back to check forum posts :)

Maybe you are right. I should change the whole design idea...
Although look at cragslist.org - nothing fancy and so much traffic?!

Thank you Sam, although I'm not sure how redesign will impact my users re-attraction :)

Zeek do you really surf the web by reading sites' descriptions?
An image nowadays is much more click provocative than a text link and most of the people "read" information from multimedia not texts.
    Thanks for the review though...
