Thats pretty strange. I dont blame adsense for not offering phone support though. The amount of stupid they'd get on that line would be unreal.
Its obvious they do not provide their phone number ,else they will have to hire additional employees just to answer "why adsense banned me" type of questions.

Agree with that, Adsense offer a very few phone support for emergency only, till many people have call for finding their pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxx number and others things easy to do.
So, you think that because you started the thread, you have the right to "lock it up". What about others? You got yours, so "to he|| with them"? "This is my thread, why should anyone else benefit from it." I don't think that's the way it works. Sounds pretty selfish to me. There are reasons to close threads, but this is not one of them. If you post in a public forum, you should expect that your comments, and the contributing comments of others are going to REMAIN public. I guess that you only want to take information, not give any.
