I like your site layout bt still missing something in top side. I think you want to put a nice logo or header there. then site is perfect!!
Your sub title "A community of self development" needs to be darker. There's very little contrast between the background color and the text.
Here's what I could spot. It took a really, really long time to load. Are you hosting this off your server at home or through a hosting company? I like the overall design and colors, with some exceptions. The text on your title 'a community for self development' is completely illegible. The Feedburner counter is placed at a weird spot. It would probably be better either in the footer, or hidden completely until you get a good amount of subscribers. I think there are too many tags, but that's just my opinion. The background color is a bit too light/neon. It strains the eyes.
The design isn't bad but the site took a long time to load you should try to optimize it a bit so it loads faster.
