Stupid doubt about wordpress blog

    i am very new to blogging . i created a wordpress blog yesterday but i dont find any option to insert headings in my content area . why is it so ?

    the oly thing i can see is

    TITLE<---this is where am entering the title of my post

    and below that there is an area for making post

    how do i put heading in my post ? :confused: i am kinda confused please help

    Yes i know that my doubt is how do i write heading in H1,H2 tags ?

    heading and title are two different things correct ?

    people say that headings should be written in H1,H2 tags how do i do thath in wordpress ? please help
