Best Solution for an ip Redirect

Hi I run a set of curl proxies. I am looking for the best option to redirect my Chinese,Russian,Iranian etc traffic. Some of my ad networks will pay more for my traffic without these. I know I can use a htaacess redirect but it has to call this file each time. I am hoping there was a more elegant solution. I am gathering info so when I contact a programmer to do the job I dont sound like an idiot.

 

You need to use geo-targeting script that will filter the incoming user on the basis of ip address and redirect user to proxy of your choice.
