i have been thinking about marketing a new website which will be done in a few weeks and i want the best bang for my buck,
i know i can get way cheap CpV or CPM traffic but i want good traffic, traffic where the users are INTO it and want to goto the site..
    anyone got any ideas?

Google Adwords and Yahoo/Overture. Then read the forum to learn how to rank ;) Some other PPC's can be good, but you need to tell us your topic.

I find this curious, since the title of your thread is 'Is CpC the best way to generate revenue and sales for a website'. In answer to your question, I prefer SEO and the organic SERPs to CPC in almost all instances.
