I assumed that the keyword that you sent me from above was your keyword, since that is what I specifically asked you to PM to me. Obviously you cannot claim your report without telling me your URL and keyword.....

So how do you expect me to send you the report?

I know that I have completed all of my orders, so the fact is not that your service hasn't been completed, but that you dont want to cooperate to receive your report....

Now Photoads, I will ask you this simple question once again....

What is your URL, and what is your keyword? Please send to me via PM...

You told me you lost it then you said it's done! So if its done why have you not sent me the report? It is now up to me to re send you the url and chosen keyword? Strange I sent you this when I placed the order - now you say it's done but I have to send you the url and keyword so you send me the report. You already have it check your past PM's 22nd of December.

All I want is a refund as so far you have done nothing, but admit you lost the order. I think I have been more than fair
