Like I said, Godaddy is breaking the rules LIKE USUAL. But once they realize you are no a US citizen or reside in the US they will simply do this:

    Sunrise Pending Reallocation
Status: DELETE PROHIBITED, HOLD, RENEW PROHIBITED, TRANSFER PROHIBITED, UPDATE PROHIBITED.

Goodbye whatever work you put into the domain. My advise is to make a friend here in the US and have them hold the domain in their account with their information. Don't be foolish enough to put their info while the domain is in your domain as it will be deleted as well.

lol I am actually spanish (the real spanish, no inca here) myself, I also know German, Italian, and I'm learning Arabic. Go somewhere else to make foolish assumptions about who I am and what I know.

If people here get excited about a $1 GoDaddy coupon then I doubt they can afford to register an S corporation. ;)

Come on guys, we are not here to fight
.US domain are potentially problematic domain, just avoid them if you are not US.
That's all we need to keep in mind.

Hey buddy it's not my fault you have nothing going for ya. How about you get a real point to make your argument valid instead of insulting someone. 100% clear you are a newbie in the board, but it's clear you know nothing about life in general.

Don't worry OP, I have stopped wasting my time with newbies that have a sense of entitlement because they own a few domains. lol

Can non United States Citizens register .us domains - Yes (mahharrouf, you are right here)

Can non United States Citizens register .us domains and keep it for lifetime - No! (domainloco.net is right here)

Looking at the ethics and wisdom of this topic, I guess, in my own opinion that domainloco.net is right in all aspects.

I'm done trying to convince you idiots about this. Go ahead, register a dot us domain and get it cancelled. That's simple enough for you?

    lol, DomainLoco is RIGHT.

.us domains are for US citizens/companies ONLY. When the registry find you they can delete your domain - remember GoDaddy cannot stop the registry from deleting it.

It's the same for most Eurpoean domains.

You can purchase a .us Domain Name even If you reside in a different country, but I'm not sure If this is allowed(Officially)
Maby you need to reside in the United states to buy a .us extension.
