Can you promote CPA offers from PPC?

I'm wanting to try promoting CPA offers with google adwords. I have never done this before but I know you can do it, I just dont know the rules.

so my question is, when promoting a cpa offer, do you just link right too it from your adwords campaign using your refer id or do you set up a special landing page on your own website that links to the offer?

I'd love to hear some answers, thanks!

You can promote either way but usually if someone else is promoting the same offer as you from the same network and they started their ad campaign before you google won't allow you to direct link to the same offer. Besides that some offers will directly tell you in the campaign description that you cannot direct link to their offer.
