Where are your favorite sites to get css templates to develop from? I would like to hear some opinions.

I am not a fan of Template Monster templates myself. I find they are too plain looking and not the best to develop from.

99% of templates are usually train wrecks of rubbish non-semantic fat bloated code loaded down with presenational markup.

As such, I don't like any of them.

 

i dont like templatemonster they have expensive templates..

Though any of them in the 192.168 region seem to work really well too.
