You could try freelancing. Try looking round in the Services forum of the BST area. Also, if that doesn't sound appealing, you could make a site, drive traffic to it for a week and then sell it.
Would a blogger page count? Also, i have a website about Car Insurance articles with ~10 being added per day. It has Pr4. I can add links randomly to the bottom of each posts. How much do you think is possible to get for adding someones website to the txt file that the adresses get picked out from? Meaning there site will get added to every few articles with teh anchor text of their choice. Sounds like an advertisemnt i know, but its a question. Thanks, -Aidan.

If you have a PR4 site then you could sell permanent links on it for around $50 each (I think that's the going rate). If you aren't that fussed about the site, just sell it. You'll get more than $50 for it And, no. Don't start a Blogger blog. Might make you a few cents in adsense but it won't be very popular when you come to sell it. Buy a proper domain.
