    Quality content
    Good looking and fast loading website
    Quality website structure (on-page optimization)

    Is it a niche site - if so its simple to find forums etc. If its not niche you are dead in the water.

    You might want to contact the folks who create Share This and see if they can add your site. Also look at trying to get your site added to the Sociable plugin.

    yesterday I could tips from good friend, how to make the posting of controversial and are busy in talking, and then posting it on the submit to StumbleUpon, friends can be thousands of traffic that way

    As your site is social bookmarking site then you dont need to do much link building through directory submission or like that.

    do following

    1) compile 1 best social bookmarking site list approx 30 sites then add your site in random position.
    2) register to 20-30 social bookmarking sites and 10 best forums.

    and start posting your list in these sites.

    I am sure after few week your site will flooded with bookmarks

    Beware using PPC. I ever lost tons of my money to AdWords w/o good return.

    Before using PPC, you have to plan first how to keep you visitor come back to your site next time. If you cannot keep visitor to revisit, only google get smile. :))
