Dude, you don't even need to report that crap. Google knows.

Also, keyword density really isn't weighed highly in the equation anymore, if at all. They're hurting themselves more than they're helping.

You said 30 times, but you wrote "music" only 28 times. Well, Derek Pankaew is right. Do not waste your time and report them. Google knows it. It`s Google.com man. They know what you will do tommorow :)

To have the best chance of Google taking action, you should file the SPAM report through the Google Webmaster Tools console. Reports filed through the public SPAM report pages are really only used to spot trends because they're considered 'anonymous' reports by Google. Sending one through the Webmaster Tools gets it much more credibility. But don't count on any report actually affecting a site you report. Often a site will rank well despite what you might think are SPAMmy techniques, and overall, Google prefers to fight SPAM through its algorithms rather than penalizing individual sites.

He may be ranking above you temporarily for any number of reasons. Reporting him probably won't do much. You'd be better off getting more backlinks to YOUR site.
