    Hi Guys

    I have the following website I want to sell, but are looking for some offers.

    About the website

    As the title state, users can download and convert MP3 files online into various different formats. Users can choose to resize videos, choose the quality of conversions, etc.

    Users can also upload audio and video files and convert them to mp3 or other file formats.

    Date established

    The site was launched the 19th of December 2008.

    Hosting

    I am currently hosting with Crayonhost.

    Domain Names

    There are 2 great domain names included in the sale:

    www.convertmp3online.com
    www.onlinemp3converter.com

    The domains are regged with Namecheap.com

    Traffic

    The site gets between 60 to 160 unique visits per day.

    The majority of my traffic comes from UK and US. They come from referrals and Internet search engines.

    Income:

    The site is currently monetized with Adsense and earned about $2 in the 2-3 weeks it has been up.

    I am looking for offers on the site.

    I have no BIN in mind.

    The guy explained that he had problems with his Paypal and could not pay the full amount immediately. The other person never got back to me as yet. [edit: He did pay me the listing fee back though...]

    The site is available again.

    I just tried it with an mp4 file and got the following errors

    Hi Guys

    I downloaded a video from Youtube and converted it to MP4 and it worked. I also uploaded an MP4 and converted it to various formats. It all worked fine.

    Maybe the server was too busy or there was a problem with the files?

    Please let me know.
