    I have visited your site using Opera 9.63. The site is not looks good in this browser. There are long gap in the right.

    I viewed the site in firefox and is looked ok.

    I would suggest maybe organised the link via TLD or alphabetically or in some logical order.

    You tried to access the address http://globalproxies.net/, which is currently unavailable-getting the same error in all my browsers(opera,IE and FF).
