Question regarding promoting leads and involving forms

    When your promoting per lead and a merchant requires for a form to be completed, details given, do they provide the form for you to place on your landing page?

    They provide you with everything you need to "LINK" to the form for the offer. You don't actually place the forms on your page...atleast in most cases.
