    Aspects
    - Design
    - Navigation
    - Concept Explanation
    - 'Easiness' To Purchase

One of my biggest concentrations is to make this product 'easy' to buy. Too many times do I see good looking sites fail to convince me to buy the product... which I am afraid might be the same here. This is one of the reasons that if you hit Trial - you are directly redirected to Paypal. Users get my service for free for a week... and I want to convert as many visitors to at least free trial customers as possible.

Any reviews or critiques will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

The design of the site is very simple and easy on the eye. The navigation is very easy, The concept explanation is really the only thing lacking. I found it difficult to understand what your selling. I'm guessing your selling a proxy program? I think you should make it clearer because if i didn't have a clue about websites and hadn't stayed on your site long enough to realise what it was i probably would of closed the page down!

thanks, that's exactly what I was afraid of. In fact, I am not selling a proxy program... it's a web based proxy.
I added a "How It Works" page thanks to your comment - http://www.proxykey.com/how-it-works.html Hopefully that clears things up a bit.
