I am not urgently selling this blog as I have given myself sometime to wait for a reasonable offer. This is definitely not a site for those who are not serious and needless to say, its potential is immense for someone who believes that he can spend more time on it.

It is extremely rare for you to find such a high-traffic site for sale and you can probably see that this site is not monetized efficiently with the amount of traffic it receives. I have not had enough time to seek out more direct sales, although it shldn't be difficult with the amount of pageviews and uniques it receive. That should easily make you $xxx/mth more. Thus I hope that all bidders will take that into account and understand that you are purchasing a site that has Alexa of 20k+ and if you can monetize it better, you should be able to earn much more than what I am doing now.

you will need about 1-2h every weekday to update the blog, but it also depends on how many posts you want to write and the type and quality. But we spend about 1-2h on average.

we don't use adwords as traffic is high enough and so we don't need to buy advertising.

can you send over traffic stats/sources? I am assuming based on traffic volume you obtain solid numbers from search traffic? Do you purchase any traffic/advertising?

no of course not. various PPC & CPA networks. paid reviews & direct sales. All take up about equal portion of the total revenue.
