How did CB allow you to create a site that contains the trademark Wii?

I'm asking because when I was registering my Wii related product to CB 6-7 weeks ago, they wouldn't let me publish a product which contained the word Wii in the domain name, nor the title of the product couldn't contain Wii.

Furthermore, I had to redo the graphics and remove all images of nintendo wii controllers and consoles, because that wasn't allowed either, They told me that you're not allowed to have wii in the domain name, name of the product, nor have pictures of it.

Just wondering how come the sales pages for wii games downloads, movie downloads, rippeds product
and others like that are so short? They are not the conventional sales copy, instead short quick sales
copy. I was just wondering why. Do the short ones convert better for these types of products?
