If you look at www.yogastory.com, you will see a small image in the top right sidebar. I want to have a small slideshow there that pulls images from a directory on my server and refreshes them. The slideshow should be able to easily handle images that small and not have any extra fluff, it just refreshes through the images. I will pay $30.00 for this. If there is an existing open source slideshow script that does this or you have to code it yourself, I'll accept either.

I had outsourced this coding job to another member here named REVAMPED SOLUTIONS who did this job, NOT YOU. Unless you are him and have duplicate accounts!!! You did not design this PSD, how would you even say you have the original PSD? I DESIGNED THIS WEBSITE!!! I outsourced the coding to Revamped Solutions, I don't even know you! I have given you absolutely NO RIGHT WHATSOEVER to put this in your portfolio and if you do not take it down I am going to be taking legal action!! DO NOT CLAIM WORK AS YOUR OWN WHEN IT IS CLEARLY NOT!!!!

I have no idea who you are. Even if by some odd reason I had someone who I contracted contract you to do the coding, I have given neither him NOR you permission to use it in your portfolio! I'm giving you another 24 hours to take it down and set this straight.
I coded this design for the user Revamped Solutions, NOT YOU. As far as I am concerned, he is the one who hired me and he is the designer, not you! And he is the one who paid me for this job, not you. If I didn't code this design, how on earth would I have the PSD then? I also have the finished theme. Well it looks as though we may have a large misunderstanding here in which Revamped Solutions (Antonio) is the party we both should be speaking with about this. How dare he claim the design as his own? What did he tell you that he was opening up a Web Design company in Canada? Apparently, for some odd reason, he claimed himself to be a Wordpress Coder and then outsourced the work to you. What a lying little scam artist. Never did he ever tell me that was happening. He told me he coded the job himself!! The funny thing is you say you only got paid $75.00 USD for it, when I paid him $200USD to do the coding. I designed it and outsourced the coding.... unbelievable what some of these crazies are saying and doing on Digital Point. It's left a bad taste in my mouth that's for sure. Anyways, we'll take this to PM.
Forget about coding a WP theme, he didn't even know how to configure or use WordPress. And both the themes, specially the GreenCarHugger site required complex customization for which I had written two PHP functions specifically for that site. Your site imagineweb breaks in IE and I had contacted him saying I can fix it for him but he never got back so I thought he wasn't concerned about it. And I asked him for 100 USD from which he paid only 75 USD. So basically, he kept the remaining 125 USD. And if he was going to re-outsource this to somebody else he should have asked me not to put it for display on my portfolio. Because he didn't mention any such thing, I used it. In the end I would like to say I have in my career coded more than 400 WP themes. There is no reason why I would want to take false credits. You'll notice in my portfolio I have already coded themes which I consider more advanced. I have sent you a reply to your PM so we can take it from there. Regards, -- Naif
After reading this, I have to say that the person you hired outsourced it to Naif and took credit for the job. I have known Naif for over one year and maybe closer to two years. I have never had one problem with him where I felt that he has ever lied to me. I trust Naif a lot, so I hope that you confront the person who hired Naif. Since Naif has the original psd, then he coded the theme. Naif has no reason to lie about something as this and ruin his reputation for $75.00 which he was paid. He isn't a person with that type of ethics. I hope that this helps a bit with this problem.
Naif and I have resolved this problem via PM. The problem was that the person I outsourced to (Revamped Solutions aka Antonio) then outsourced to Naif and took credit for the design, etc. What Revamped Solutions has done is illegal and I may pursue a legal course of action against him. He signed an NDA with myself and then re-outsourced the job.. What a moron! It goes to show that you can't trust anyone anymore.. BUT... One good thing has come out of this, I will be using Naif from now on... So I guess it sort of worked itself out. REVAMPED SOLUTIONS: DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. He is completely untrustworthy and a HUGE Scammer.
