You mentioned that you allow warez forums on your US servers, I guess what you did not look at is the fact that this is called warez linking and it is also illegal.

Think about it this way, if you were to post full details on how to rob a store do you think this would be legal. Well its the same thing, you are informing people on how to get illegal material.

Just some friendly advice before you get in trouble by the company that owns the server such as a data center.

 

*Forgot to mention, the warez forums should be accessed by users only.. I mean the forums should be visible to registered users only.
