Is Reporting a post a bad thing?

    Can a person get in trouble for reporting too many topics even though each reason is valid?

    If you reporting too many topics (posts) with valid reasons then no problem at all.

    Usually it's fine and encouraged, however if it looks like you are only trying to eliminate the competition in a particular field, e.g. copyrighting, hosting, graphics, etc., that is not encouraged.

    Also, there are cases where a single report can be used to report multiple problem posts. For example, if you see a thread with a dozen "pm me" type of posts, don't report each one separately - send one report from one of the posts, and in that report mention that there are several more in the thread. If you can use that route instead of sending a lot of reports, opt to do that.
