Are you asking how to change from one domain to another, while retaining your rankings?

That's not possible. You can 301 from domain1 to domain2, but you can't "replace" domain1 with domain2 in google's serp

You need to redirect the old domain to the new one using L301 Redirection

Your website ranking will suffer for a while, but eventually it will become stable once again..

However, you will need to contact the linking sites instep to ask them to edit their links to the new domain / url.

Hope i was help, REP is most appreciated ;)

There is no need to do all that work. 301 redirect will take care of the backlinks of the old domain.
