I see in the ringtone industry, there are lots of sites with just a graphic image on the landing page. These are from the affiliate program they have signed up with. But how can they get a good quality score if all they have is a graphic image? Surely you have to have lots of text on the landing page too? Thanks, Jon
The use of graphic on landing page hurts quality score not only in cases of pure graphic pages but also in pages that uses pure graphics as headers not special fonts. I already has problems of quality score of a Web Hosting page that has a lot of text but no "Web Hosting" text on landing page! Is know that adwords robots spider the landing page to calculate the keywords quality score: in both cases they will search for "Ring Tones" and "web Hosting" keywords in landing pages for Quality Score Calculation. Both problems can be solved not on change on layout but by adding keywords on Meta tags (if you has access to the design page the you promote ). Landing page relevancy is just one of a lot factors in quality Score calculation.
does anyone know if this converts this increases the click through rate and by how much .... nearly 100%?
