How long Would it take you to make $x?

    Hi guys

    Lets just say you know everything that is necessary to know in order to make money from adsense. You have read all the forums, e-books and so on.

    Website starting from scratch, PR0, no traffic, no links at all.....
    How long do you think it will take you to make $20/day?

    Just Curious.

    I wonder how long it would take Joel Comm or another pro.

    Depends of the site quality...
    But in one year or only 2 months you can reach that...Just have to work hard ;)

    If you have done the above then I would think you would know the answer.

    The answer your looking for is Immediately if you use PPC/Arbitration
    but you need to have a.) Time b.) Money to start off c.) Ability to analyse web data

    It all comes down to traffic. The more traffic, the more impressions, and the more clicks your site will receive. Check out the earnings examples on this page: AdSense Earnings (notice how little the forum website makes!)

    Most of the examples listed there come straight from the Google web site :)

    ALSO: I think Joel Comm and all of the "AdSense experts" are greatly over-rated. Most(every one I've read) of the ebooks being sold are filled with information you can find for free.

    Eric just assumed. You need to have an idea to create a web , traffic and then with good placement and ads blending (some site didn't require this) you will get $$$

    it depends on how much time you put on it. If you work full time, it is slow. If you only update your site once in a week, it is not slow at all

    If you drive traffic using PPC, it could take just a day. It's traffic arbitrage - buy traffic with a PPC like AdWords and send it to your site that has AdSense on it and test to see how the traffic converts. (Make sure your site has real, related content... I'm NOT advocating MFA sites, i.e. sites plastered with lots of AdSense but no content)

    Choosing the right keywords can easily make you a profit of $20/day.

    this can happen within a month but like internetguy said choosing the right keywords do make a differnt and if you advertise with adwords for a high paying keyword you might end up finding your self paying more then 10 cents a click
