DC In Place Of CC

Can i use debit card in the place of credit card, like verifying paypal, shopping in ebay, paying others, etc., I see that most of them talk about CC, no one is talking about DC.

 

I think its safe to use a debit card for internet payments since it doesn't offer you credits.

 

In most cases, a Debit Card is treated the same way as a Credit Card when buying at the merchant's place. The only difference is really how the card is being funded, in the case of the debit card, you are spending money you have while the credit card, you are spending money which you do not have.

However with that said and done, I believe as discussed earlier, Indian Debit Card are unique. Those not marked for International usage can only be used within India and some of its neighboring countries. If you are unsure, check with your bank.

 

yes you can. used it in alot of areas and worked as a CC.
